	Mr. Moffat & Mr. Poworyznyk, Please extend our family's thanks to Jeremy Snowball for the extremely great job that he did in ensuring that our Pioneer Pool was everything we ever wanted! We did our due diligence in shopping around for a pool installer and we ended up choosing Pioneer mainly due to your salesperson. Jeremy called us back the same day that we made our initial cold call inquiry - couldn't say that about the other pool companies we contacted. He was very knowledgeable about his product and we never experienced any pressure to sign a contract. When we had additional questions, he responded immediately and he was a pleasure to negotiate with. Our pool was completed within five days and the workmanship was great. We had a minor complaint about one of the recommended electricians not calling us back and Jeremy apologized to us on behalf of the company and advised that he would look into our concerns. Jeremy got back to us forthright and offered for us to pick out some pool toys and accessories at your store. When our Jiffy Aqualink system antenna was not responding to the remote, a call was placed to the manufacturer and someone came by to fix it within hours. Incredible service! 	I am not one of your largest customers, but I have occasion to visit your Burlington location about a dozen times each year. As a pool and hot tub owner I have come to learn that your Burlington store has several points of difference that have made me a loyal customer. 1. Staff access: I have always been able to quickly access a helpful staff member to answer questions or help me find what I need quickly. 2. Staff Knowledge and Professionalism: from the staff on the cash, to the the staff in the aisles to your parts desk - I have consistently been met with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. These virtues are only outdone by the broad depth of knowledge demonstrated by the parts desk team. 3. Store layout and product variety: you consistently keep your store equipped with the latest products in the pool, spa and outdoor living, and continuously outdo yourself with a welcoming, trendy layout. 	I have recently moved into a house (with pool) in Brantford. Pool was in poor shape. As a result of the pool's condition I have been to this store at least 8 times to purchase replacement parts for the filtration system up to a salt water chlorinator as well as other items to enhance the pool itself. On each and every occasion, I have been treated in an exemplary manner by your staff at this location. Let me expand on that comment, Each and every time I enter the store I receive a friendly greeting by an associate of yours. It may not be at the front door, which is fine, and it is very often that I am greeted by more than one person. I am always asked in a non-aggressive, friendly manner if I need help. If I reply yes, I am the focus of that person's attention. It is not a matter of them saying the item is in aisle 5, this person takes me to the area and explains the different items I am looking at. If I have a question it is answered. They personally assist me with my purchase. It does not matter if I am buying a skimmer head or a salt water chlorinator, the level of service is the same, outstanding. I can honestly say that I have enjoyed shopping at this location. Your people have educated me in the ways of the proper and safe ways of maintaining a swimming pool in very short order. It may not be a full education, but it is pretty close ! Your staff from managers to floor people to the stock folks in the back are to be commended in my opinion. No only are they knowledgeable about their products, they are efficient without being rude or aggressive. Originally, I was planning on purchasing most of my pool products in the United States, not because of price, but due to the high level of customer service they offer. The staff at your store make this excursion unnecessary. Not only will I continue shopping at this store, I will continue to tell my friends to frequent your business.

	Well the J.B.M.H. Fashion Fantasia Fundraiser at the RBG was a resounding success, fun was has by all. Of the 8 Fantasy Packages (raffles) the Entertainment Package which featured "The Belmont" set was BY FAR the most popular! It's winner was thrilled, she hugged everyone numerous times!
