Items purchased at one of our stores can only be returned in-store. You can return items purchased in-store to the location from which it was purchased. For fast, easy returns, keep your receipt. It not only ensures you get the proper credit for your purchase, but it also helps our Associates process your return quickly. If you do not have your original receipt a store credit will be given at the lowest ticketed price.
As of February 4, 2013, pennies will no longer be circulated. Pioneer Family Pools is committed to doing the right thing, every day. When our customers are making a cash return, we will always round up to the nearest nickel.
Special Order returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Cancellations of Special Order Items may also be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Gift cards, gift certificates and store credit cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or cheque.
Pool Pumps, Filters, Robotic Cleaners, Salt Generators, Heaters, Pool Accessories, Parts, Winter Covers, Solar Blankets, Pool Chemicals, Toys and Games, must be returned within 30 days of delivery or in-store purchase. Any product damage and/or defects must be reported within 30 days. Items out of its original packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Patio Furniture. Items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied, refuse the item before signing the delivery receipt. Be sure to report any product defects or damages with the delivery agent. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Assembled Patio Furniture or out of its original packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
No Returns On:
Custom Products, Opened Chemical Products, Hot Tubs, Gazebos and Swimming Pools.
Pioneer Family Pools reserves the right to request valid identification prior to accepting merchandise for a return.
Pioneer Family Pools reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.
Pioneer Family Pools will only accept the return of merchandise purchased from a Pioneer Family Pool store.
Purchases made with a Customer Agreement must be returned to the same location in which it was purchased.
* Pioneer Family Pools may issue a cheque for refunds over $1,000 (cheques are mailed from Pioneer Family Pools Head Office, Burlington, ON).
