Just to let you know – we purchased our pool this year from Pioneer. From the first meeting with our sales rep to every communication I have had, no matter the location or employee position, the customer service at Pioneer Pools has been the best I’ve seen from a corporation.
Twain and his Team @Pioneer pools are incredible, the turn over time to install my inground was 5 weeks flat from start to swim time, awesome job and awesome corporation and staff, keep up the great work and keep making memories.
Our pool started construction on July 17th and we were swimming on Aug 2nd, with all of the stonework and landscaping completed. And all of this was being done through one of the hottest periods of the summer. UNBELIEVABLE.”
