I’ve been a customer of Pioneer Family Pools for close to 15 years, we first purchased a pool install through them and just recently purchased a Hot tub. They’ve always had great customer service and are reasonably priced compared to their competitors.
This is my second HotSpring Spa. I had one of the classic models for 32 years with one service call the entire time. It finally starting leaking so we bought the Vanguard model. The Vanguard is high quality, high functioning and we could not be happier with it. 5 stars all around!
Our experience was very warm and friendly and most of our questions were answered. I would recommend this location and our salesperson, Dan. We love our Caldera Spa!
