This is our third HotSprings Spa. The first one was perfect, the second one was great and number three has been so perfect so far. We love the multiple, powerful jets and the deep level of relaxation that comes from them.
The selection of our new Hot Springs Spa was a great experience. Our Salesman, Bryan, was courteous and knowledgeable and extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and coordinating the delivery and installation of our new spa.
The Paradise Reunion hot tub has been a great purchase so far. We are impressed by the jets, easy to use screen, structure and material of the hot tub. We purchased the salt system and that has been amazing. The salt system comes highly recommended.
Not only is this hot tub easy to use, it is easy to maintain and care for; and easily accommodates our family of 5 comfortably! It is beautiful! It is the perfect addition to our backyard oasis and everyone that sees it is very impressed. We absolutely love and recommend it!
The customer support to learn how to add chemicals and troubleshoot has always been prompt and friendly.
We love our little oasis in the city. After the delivery, we have asked Kyle questions about maintenance and general questions. He still gives us great service and answers our questions promptly.
I get home after work and hop in my Relay spa right away! It’s super relaxing and takes the pain of the day away. The soothing jets have gotten rid of my back pain. I work a very physical job and this spa has rejuvenated me. I feel ten years younger!

The Vacanza Aventine is exactly what we wanted. It is the perfect shape to fit 2 people comfortably. The Aventine is easy to maintain and always has the perfect water temperature. I would recommend this spa to anyone wanting a roomy 2 person hot tub.
