We just bought the Makena and we love it so much. The jets feel so good on my back and legs. I really wish we got it sooner.
We are very happy with our Vacanza Vanto Caldera Spa. We replaced a 20 year old spa with this one and could not be more pleased. The Vanto heats quicker, the motor is quieter and it looks great compared to our old one.
They spent time teaching me about my spa and very professional.

Yesterday we received and installed our new Flair Hot Tub. Last night after 30 minutes or so in the tub, we slept like babies! This morning we got up early and jumped right back in the hot tub. The pain in my legs are gone and my wife’s back pain has subsided.
I’ve been a customer of Pioneer Family Pools for close to 15 years, we first purchased a pool install through them and just recently purchased a Hot tub. They’ve always had great customer service and are reasonably priced compared to their competitors.
We had a great experience with Pioneer Pools. We requested a hot tub install in time for the holidays and they came through. Michael R. was very responsive and looked after us! We are enjoying our Caldera Spa and would recommend Pioneer for full service!
