Pioneer’s service rep attended our property on Monday. We were very pleased with the information and guidance we received. People let you know when something goes wrong but they don’t always let you know when something good comes out of it. Appreciate your help.
Thank you for the service appointment notification reminder. In prior years, I’d get home to see the pool open and filling but I never would know if your team had problems or noticed things that I should be aware of; like pending repairs, etc. Any feedback is always appreciated!
I liked receiving the service message before Andrew came to our house! I also liked the final update after the service was completed, and how prompt the service was. It was convenient and great that I didn’t have to be there. Thank you for the warranty update as well!
