Best customer service ever! We purchased an in-ground pool last summer with Chris…amazing! And we’ve recently purchased a hot tub for therapy with Dale, hands down the best tub for my needs. Delivery guys Jay and Mark we professional and fast! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Everyone in the store goes above and beyond for customers!

Our first experience was when we purchased a hot tub and everyone at Pioneer Pools was very helpful. We have a pool at the cottage and we purchase all of our supplies from Brian, he has always taken the time to help.
We had a pool installed this summer by Pioneer Family Pools. All aspects of the installation were done on time and thorough. Over the past year we have had many trades at our home, as we have renovated top to bottom. Pioneer Family Pools has definitely been the most reliable and dependable.
